Algumas subst\u00e2ncias, tais como micropart\u00edculas de gordura (\u00e1cidos graxos) dispersas em \u00e1gua, podem ser separadas a partir da <strong>filtra\u00e7\u00e3o a frio<\/strong>, j\u00e1 que a reduzida temperatura promove a aglomera\u00e7\u00e3o das micropart\u00edculas, formando gotas oleosas grandes o suficiente para serem retidas por filtros, tais como de papel.<\/p>\n<p>A filtra\u00e7\u00e3o a frio tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 comumente utilizada na ind\u00fastria de bebidas alco\u00f3licas, com o objetivo de promover a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias sol\u00faveis indesej\u00e1veis, que cristalizam apenas em baixas temperaturas, podendo deixar a bebida turva. Em geral, a <strong>filtra\u00e7\u00e3o a quente<\/strong> \u00e9 associada ao m\u00e9todo de <a href=\"https:\/\/quiprocura.net\/w\/2019\/05\/28\/filtracao-a-vacuo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filtra\u00e7\u00e3o a v\u00e1cuo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>O m\u00e9todo de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o a quente utiliza o princ\u00edpio da solubilidade diferente em distintas temperaturas, ou seja, uma subst\u00e2ncia \u00e9 sol\u00favel a quente em um solvente, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 sol\u00favel no mesmo solvente, a temperatura ambiente. No solvente quente, apenas uma subst\u00e2ncia da mistura se dissolve totalmente, a outra subst\u00e2ncia permanece insol\u00favel e \u00e9 retida pelo filtro.
